Supper Plans

Tonights plan for supper is Round Top Steak with potatoes and carrots and Honey Muffins.Grandma's Honey Muffins

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup honey

In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk the
egg, milk, butter and honey; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill
greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400° for 15-18 minutes
or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.

Yield: 1 dozen.
