Ok so Christmas is over and everyone is being lazy in the anti-climax of Boxing Day (myself included). I have just come to report that my Christmas gifts appeared to be a success with all who received them, including the boot socks that I didn't think would fit the recipient (and weren't supposed to be a present as I'd made them in July!). I'm really quite happy about it too.

I also got some knitting goodies for some of my presents and I've been browsing the net, wondering what to make. I think I might make a throw which I saw in a magazine ages ago. And it also means I have less yarn to buy to finish it off when I've used my gift up.

The only problem is I won't be able to get the same dye lots. But if it's just a throw made up of random squares maybe it won't matter so much? I thought about making each square a different colour but I think it would just be too fussy then.
