Volkswagen has something to look forward for this year, 2008 especially with its newly launched A4. The A4 has generated 33,000 orders before its official launching in the first European countries. It’s more than what the company has hoped for.

The A4 is currently available in Germany, Switzerland, Luxemburg, Italy, Belgium, and the Netherlands. It will soon be offered in France and Spain then to the rest of the remaining European countries. In United Kingdom which is the company’s strongest export market the selling of the A4 will start on February 2008.

The A4 received major awards such as the “Golden Steering Wheel” given by Bild am Sonntag Newspaper, and the Auto Trophy 2007 awarded by the Auto Zeitung magazine. And then on the individual test conducted by the Auto Motor und Sport, the A4 has obtained the top five star rating.
