Wow, I think I even forgot I have a blog!  School is out, my little boy is now going to be a first grader, and my girl went off to camp for the first time over night, without her mommy (2 single nights, one girl scout, and one with the Audobon Society).

We are considering moving, we'll see how that works out. 

And I've got green beans growing in my flower bed!

Today is my 30th birthday, but I had to go to work and school.  The "mid-day" highlight was lunch with my darling step-dad, then this evening my darling hubby brought me in a brownie!

Enough to make a girl smile!

Hey all!  I've wanted a blog for a while and decided to finally start one.  There are so many things that interest me, and I'd like to try to keep track of them.  I'm worried I may not have time for this thing, but we'll see!

Daughter has been having problems with her blood pressure.  It was back to normal at today's doctor's appointment.  However, her QVar asthma medicine is being increased since she is having symptoms so often still.  Our doctor is graduating from residency, we'll miss him.  I was just discussing with Tony how I finally feel that we have a partnership.  He's let his humanity show through his white coat just a tiny bit, which has improved his bed-side-manner.  We'll really miss him.  I am tough on the people who care for our children, so it will be a process again to get used to the new doctor.  We have picked her, though, her name is Dr. Banker.

We'll get to see Dr. King for a few more months (just until June), so it will be a series of good-byes.

Our lovely daughter went skiing for the first time at the end of February, that's where the snowy picture is from.  We really enjoyed visiting the lodges at Timberline, it sure it beautiful up there.

We went to the Winterhawks game last night, the Winterhawks lost, but it was great to have some family time, as we all went together.  During the game, we found daughter's 2nd grade teacher.  She is on the booster club, and has retired.  It was great to see her.

We were discussing favorite sports, so now our family has three favorites: Horses, Skiing, and Ice Hockey.
