Inflight 200 Boeing 747-100 Boeing Roll-Out Prototype In Boeing House Colours![]() Inflight 200 Boeing 747-100 Boeing Roll-Out Prototype In Boeing House Colours REF:IF741004 Scale: 1:200 Length: 350mm Wingspan: 295mm Limited to only 300 pieces worldwide we were only able to acquire one of these incredibly rare models. This stunning die-cast model is a replica of the famous Boeing 747 roll-out prototype. Featuring masses of detail including the accurately reproduced launch customer logos. Since the roll-out of the first 747, at Boeing's Everett facility on the 30th September 1968, this aircraft has been admired by millions around the world. The first flight of the 747 took place on the 9th February 1969, chief test pilot Jack Waddell, co-pilot Brien Wygle and flight engineer Jess Wallick lifting the aircraft off at 11.34am on a 1 hour 16 minute maiden sortie. The InFlight 200 747 is, in our opinion, as close as possible to the real thing. Featuring rolling tyres, turning nose wheels and rotating engine fans, aerials, and attention to detail. The detail on the 747-100 goes as far as showing the INS bump (Inertial Navigation System); this of course was later removed on the 747-200. About InFlight200 InFlight 200 is a range of 1:200 scale limited edition model aircraft, with all metal die-cast parts. Featuring antennas, scaled landing gear with rubber tyres that roll and high tech tampo printing, leaving nothing to the imagination. Inflight is proud to be considered one of the world's leading model manufacturers in 1:200 scale die-cast, and are constantly striving to set new standards with every new release. InFlight 200 models are now licensed by major airlines around the world, for example Lufthansa, American Airlines and Qantas, to name but three. They are also in negotiations with other leading airlines that have expressed an interest in this amazing range of models. On a recent visit to Boeing, the Inflight team took along samples of Inflight models, they were extremely well received, so much so that Boeing placed an order for the roll-out 747-100.
