                      eCosway~ combine with the internet market business

 As most of the successful enterprises, Cosway has developed to mature period, still it actively exploits the international market. It should have set up branches directly in China like other foreign companies, recruiting members gradually. But Cosway hasn't done this until now, before a certain amount of members. there would be costs like tax, stores rent, salary and so on, so though the commodities are "nice", they aren't "cheap". Smartly, Cosway first used Internet for global distribution, eCosway (eCosway.com) emerged accordingly. eCosway was founded in October 2001,with its capital about USD 40 million / AUD 600 million. Its headquarters was set up in Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia. At that time, Cosway was a multinational corporation with global Shoppers, vendors and owners (direct distributors).Apart from Cosway main office, there is another major shareholder, MOL.COM (Malaysia online company. This company is also a listed company on primary dealers board in stock exchange of Kuala Lumpur). MOL.COM provides eCosway with the professional technology on global network system for Internet malls; In addition, Cosway's computer software and hardware equipments are supported by IBM (currently uses IBM SP deep blue computers as the main hardware).

Cosway Taiwan branch: Started running in Feb 2005, it is Cosway (M) SdnBhd (Cosway)'s office in Taiwan. Its operating principle is the implementation of eCosway 's business model. With the general administration office in Taizhong, Cosway Taiwan branch set up business centres in Keelung, Taipei, Neihu, Xindian, Sanchong, Shulin, Bade, Taoyuan, Xinzhu, Zhongli, Miaoli, Taizhong, Xizhun Taizhong, Changhua, Nantou, Douliu, Jiayi, Tainan, Yongkang, Gaoxiong, Fengshan, Pingdong, Yilan, Hualian, Taidong, Penghu, Jinmen and other places.(more stores are coming around towns and cities of Taiwan) Registered in Fair Trade Commission, Executive Yuan, R.O.C (Taiwan) (please type in eCosway for checking) and Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C.

Cosway Hong Kong branch: started running in September 2006, it is Cosway (M) SdnBhd (Cosway)'s office in Hong Kong. Its operating principle is the implementation of eCosway 's business model. The general administration office locates in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The foundation of the Hong Kong branch will be an important milestone for Cosway to enter Chinese huge market. In January 2007, Sheung Shui branch was set up.
