Sound of Soto Gebrak
Indonesia is a country which has a thousand culture spread over its archipelago.
It means Indonesia has a lot of various traditional culinary depend on its location.
Soto is a good example, Soto Ayam, Soto daging are general varian, but Soto Betawi, Soto Madura, Soto Banjar, Soto Lamongan, Soto Kudus are another varian.
Each of it has its own taste, and ingredients often differ either.
But Soto is still evolve, people will always try to customize it.
Soto Gebrak is one of it, another breakthrough crazy idea, yet still original.
Soto Gebrak doesnt offer different taste, but 'how it served' is very interesting.
When a bowl of Soto is ready to serve, they add some of ketchup to it, then they slam the ketchup bottle to table, creating a strong sound distortion.
People who first time visited it were often shocked, thanks to its slams.
Very-very interesting experience to have a meal there, and you might tell your friend about it.
This Soto is very popular among culinary lover. Simple idea but unique brought wealthy to its owner.
