Winter Vacation in Czech Republic
| Not so long ago I wasn't sure at all where I’d like to spend my Christmas vacation. The trouble was I wanted to celebrate Christmas on a piste but in fact I wasn’t a good skier at all. Besides, I didn't have much money, so I had to forget about the Alpine ski resorts. Fortunately, I told my friend about the problem and she advised me to go to Czechia on holidays. She told me that it is possible to find accommodation in Czech Republic at a good and not expensive price. Besides, there are many excellent ski resorts in Czechia that suit for beginners. She mentioned Špindlerův Mlýn. She went there a couple of years ago and advised me to make a trip there this winter. She told that it was a very beautiful and picturesque area. Besides, there were various types of slopes there so she could choose the slope difficulty. And also due to the good position of the area winters there are always snowy and severely cold. So, I decided to follow her advice and I am going to plan my vacation in Czech Republic. |

Fishing Vacation in Lithuania
| Fishing in Lithuania is a special thing. And you have never fished in the Lithuanian waters of the Baltic sea or the Nieman delta, then you missed a lot in this life. As for me, I have never been a fishing fan but my future husband was. He has always told to me that it is impossible to understand the joy from fishing if you have never fished before. So, it was he who insisted on our vacation to Lithuania for a weekend. We stayed in the town of Rusna located on the shore of the Nieman delta. We rented a small cottage not far from the shore and a small boat for 2 persons. By the way, we also bought a special license as it is forbidden to fish in Lithuania without it. People who have no card that allows them to fish, pay a large bill. So, the next day we went fishing… First, it was too boring for me to sit in a boat and wait for my “trophy” but when my fishing rod moved, I pulled it out and saw a small pike. At that moment I was the happiest person all over the world. We spent the whole day fishing, but we caught enough fish to make a good supper. We spent one more days in Rusna but then we had to back home as our weekend in Lithuania had come to an end. |

Two Weeks in Liguria
| There is a nice place in Liguria in Savona Province that I was lucky to see a couple of year ago. I speak about the Grotto di Toirano. It is located at the end of the valley of Truth. It consists of about 70 caves but we were allowed to see only three of them. I especially liked the grotto “Grotta di San Lucia”. There I saw some prints of feet and fingers in the clay made by the pre-historic people. Besides, I was very impressed with the stalactites I saw in Grotte di Toirano. But, while on holidays in Liguria, I did many other things, too. Every day I went to the beach where I used to relax in warm sun rays. In the evenings I used to go to the local cafés where I tried to taste almost all the Ligurian dishes. Having a rest in Liguria, I even bought a culinary book in order try to make some of the Ligurian dishes at home. Besides, the region of Liguria is rich in various churches and cathedrals that impressed me with their grandeur. To cut a long story short, having spent two weeks in Liguria I came home refreshed and full of impressions from this wonderful Italian region. |

Diving in Venice
| I'm a real sea lover. So visiting Venice was my old dream. Last summer I visited this part of Italy. Sailing in gondola in the city and admiring all those beautiful monuments and building was a real experience for me. Besides the fact that Venice is one of the most beautiful regions of Italy, it has many opportunities for those who enjoy diving or experiencing challenges. I am not a beginner in diving so I can tell you that this place is wonderful for this kind of activity. I’ve discovered for me Dream pub in Malcesine which is in the north of Verona which is a good diving basis both for beginners and advanced divers. Here are the waters of 5 meters depth for training. Right on the dive base there is a pub where I used to relax after intense diving. Some of my mates were in another good dive base which is located in the city of Brenzone Assenza. I enjoyed my holiday very much there, got unforgettable experience. And by the way the service at a hotel where I rented a room was perfect which is also very important while having a rest. |

Vacation on Bali
| My last vacation was really unforgettable. I and my husband went to Bali. I have always wanted to visit this exotic country but we really were at a loss where to stay there and what to see. We didn’t want to stay at a hotel at all. First of all, it was very inconvenient for us both. Secondly, if we stayed at a hotel we could pay twice more money for the accommodation, and we didn’t want it at all. Besides, every hotel has its own rules like meal time, for example, that we couldn’t and didn’t want to follow at all. So we made up our mind to rent a nice cottage somewhere not far from the sea. Later we understood that it was a really good idea of us. There was a small swimming-pool in the yard so we didn’t swim in the ocean as the water was a little bit cold for us. Besides, the cottage was very big and so comfortable that we felt we were home. The surrounding of the cottage was also enchanting. There were many plants and palms in the yard, so we had enough shadow to escape the sun in the daytime. Unfortunately, in two weeks our trip come to an end and we had to come back home. I still miss that nice cottage, so the next time I and my husband plan to visit Bali again. |
