Poetry From the Heart

Interlocking Solutions

{ 04:47, Tuesday, May 8, 2007 } { 0 comments } { Link }

The unattached puzzle pieces flow through my fingers

As I look at two lines of a border

Who both refuse to connect

And I think,

Maybe this is a model of life,

The two borders two problems

The solution a piece,

In front of the human race's eyes

The solution to global warming,

the solution to withdrawing our beloved troops.

But, being humans,

We are too stubborn and self-centered,

to even try to look.

After this thought passes,

I look down,

and look even harder for that missing piece,

That interlocks this puzzle

**This is a poem that I wrote after doing a puzzle (duh) so. . .leave your comments or e-mail me at Sawaug12@aol.com !!!!
