Ok--so it has been a long time
since I have updated it.....I have been consistently running.
Even got up at 5am last weekend so I could fit my run in. My time
is going down and am able to run for longer periods of time--YAHOO!
However, I have a hurt foot--that is bothersome, but not stopping me
from running--not sure what is going on with it? It also is
getting cold out, here, and my oldest is refusing to go in the
stroller--so I have stuck on the TM--which I havent minded, thus far,
just dont think I can do a LR on it! Will see. Right now I
am running 3 miles during the week and a LR (which varies) on Sundays.Tommorow I am walking a 5K (there is no running) to support Breast Cancer--pretty excited about it! I am also trying to get it together to run the 10K--Jingle Bell Run in Portsmith, NH--with some of the fellow RM on CR! Hope it works out--should be FUN! Sept 30, 2006

I
have been slacking at doing this..but I have been running.
Marathon Princess is helping me run. She has designed a training
program for me--so I am 3 miles 4 days a week and than a long run on
the weekend. My time is getting a bit faster. Right now 3.1
miles takes me 37 minutes. My goal is to get to a 10 minute
mile--that will come though! Today is a rest day--tommorow is 5.5
miles. Going to get up before the kids get up (I hope) and
run--should be a good way to bring in the day!! Will try and keep up with this more....:) Sept 13-15, 2006

Lets see--its been a
busy few days--but no running :(--meant to run on Wed--but kids did not
cooperate--Thrus--again--had every intention to run--but didnt get
around to it...sooo TODAY I WILL run--even if its at 10PM!!! I am eating horrible and feeling like a fat potato! Sept. 12, 2006

Ran, I think, 3 miles in 39 minutes...Shelley told me a path--along the
boatlanding--however, it was not a loop--was deadend--so I had to turn
around and run back--was very nice run--but not sure how far I went!
Didnt have kids, which is a first!

A day of prayer for us allHave a cut toe--so didnt run--but rode my bike with the boys--not much of a workout--but at least it is something!

Need to run today--could not get out of bed this morning! Yesterday
kicked my a** getting up early and running. BUT I WILL get out
and run today!! I have to make myself! And I have to really try and get
up in the AM, I guess! Not sure what my schedule is going to be--need
to figure that out I guess...till later...:)

This is my first blog---not sure what I am doing at this point--but I am sure I will learn soon??This is suppose to be my running blog/journal so I can track and reflect on my running and life progress (Like I need anohter project--haha)..... Today was my first day back running. Got up ealry--which about killed me--ran/walked 2 miles on the treadmill. Gonna try and get up again tommorow to run--gonna try and make it a daily routine for me--so that I can get in shape, lose weight, and run a marathon?? |
